I. Information We Collect

Account & order data — name, email, phone, and shipping address when you create an account or place an order. This is stored in our WooCommerce/WordPress backend.

Payment data — payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details; Paystack handles this under its own PCI-compliant systems.

Fulfilment data — order items and your shipping address are shared with Printful, our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, solely to produce and ship your order.

Custom design uploads — images you upload to our design tools are stored in our AWS S3 media storage, tied to your account.

Analytics data — with your consent (see our Cookie Settings), we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage.

Marketing data — with your consent (see our Cookie Settings), we use Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure ad performance. Purchase confirmations sent to Meta's Conversions API are a normal part of processing your order and are hashed before sending.

II. Why We Use It

To fulfil orders, provide customer support, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates), maintain your account, and — only where you've consented — to measure marketing performance.

III. Who We Share It With

Paystack (payments), Printful (fulfilment), our WordPress/WooCommerce hosting provider, our email delivery provider, Google (analytics, only with consent), and Meta (marketing, only with consent). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

IV. Data Retention

We retain order and account records for as long as your account is active, or as required for tax and accounting purposes under Nigerian law, whichever is longer.

V. Your Rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and comparable regimes for our international customers, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time via Cookie Settings. VI. Children's Privacy

Our site requires age confirmation before entry and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
