Last updated: 7 July 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of uncensoredwears.com, operated by Uncensored Wears from Lagos, Nigeria. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

II. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. We confirm this with an age check before granting access, and we do not knowingly serve minors.

III. Accounts & Orders

You're responsible for the accuracy of the account, order, and shipping information you provide, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified via Paystack.

IV. Returns & Refunds

Due to our print-on-demand production model, all sales are final except for verified manufacturing defects. See our full Returns Policy for details.

V. Intellectual Property

Custom designs you upload remain yours. By uploading a design, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce, print, and ship it as part of fulfilling your order — nothing more.

Our brand name, logos, photography, and site content are owned by Uncensored Wears and may not be reproduced without permission.

VI. Prohibited Use

You may not upload content you don't have the rights to, or content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates this.

VII. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncensored Wears is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

VIII. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
