Important Notice — No Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our products and print-on-demand workflows, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once an order enters the production phase, it cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded. Every piece is created specifically for you.
I. Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect or severe printing misalignment, we will facilitate a complimentary replacement. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at claims@uncensoredwears.com with high-resolution photographic evidence.
II. Sizing Responsibility
Sizing charts are provided for every garment on the product page. It is your responsibility to ensure your measurements align with your selection. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for sizing errors.
III. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives physically compromised, do not open it. Photograph the external packaging and contact us immediately. We will initiate an inquiry with our logistics provider.
